After completing a Carpentry Apprenticeship with Baulderstone Hornibrook, Trent worked as a Carpenter, subcontracting work in both the domestic and commercial building industry for seven years. He joined Bernie Leen as a demolition worker and over nine years gradually progressed upward toward the position of Site Foreman. Trent is also a registered building practitioner. In 2009 Trent invested into the business and joined his father in the role of Managing Director.
